„Profesjonal” SP. Z O.O. was established in 1992. Since the beginning of its activity, the company has specialized in the freezing and processing of conventional and organic fruits and vegetables.
The production plant is located in Adamów near Zamość, in a geographical region called Roztocze, which is characterized by very high soil quality, clean and unpolluted air (no heavy industry), from where we source the raw material. Lublin Voivodeship is one of the largest and most famous agricultural regions in Poland. All this means that we are located at the very heart of the largest area of raspberry and cherry cultivation in Poland.
Throughout all these years of activity, we have established long-term relationships with our raw material suppliers. Our company cooperates only with producers supplying high-quality raw material.
The main assortment of production are frozen raspberries, strawberries, sourcherries, blackcurrants and redcurrants. Our offer also includes such fruits and vegetables as elderberry, gooseberry, rhubarb, chokeberry, blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, pepper, pumpkin and fruit mixes, manufactured to customer orders.
Our annual production volume is approx. 8 000 tons of frozen fruit and vegetables.
Since 2013, we have been successfully producing and selling frozen organic fruit. Currently, the amount of organic products accounts for nearly 1/2 of the total volume of fruit produced at Profesjonal.
We are constantly developing and introducing GLOBAL GAP certification among our raw material suppliers.
Profesjonal is also involved in the production and delivery of safe and high quality IQF fruit and vegetable products in accordance with the quality requirements of customers and in accordance with applicable regulations. To meet this requirement, we are constantly improving the qualifications of our employees, investing in modern equipment, infrastructure, reviewing the quality system and improving our internal procedures.
Using proven technology, constantly supported by state of the art machines (tunnel freezers, laser sorter, optical sorter, multi-head weighing machine, etc.), we are able to produce fruit of exceptional quality, meeting the requirements set by customers from all over the world.
Profesjonal has a broad customer base. We supply our products to many EU member states, an also to Asia, North and South Americas, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel.
Our wide range of products covers all application areas: cakes and desserts, jams, marmalades, fruit yoghurt ingredients, pizza toppings / fillings, fruit juices, purees and smoothies, lyophilizates and the fruit itself.
We are happy to provide customers with a comprehensive service of product sample preparation and delivery to enable product testing and development.
We are aware that the requirements of every customer are subject to significant variations, which is why Profesjonal has developed a number of solutions for a customized approach to each and every order.
To this end, we have developed a broad and trusted base of raw material suppliers to meet stringent quality parameters.
Profesjonal’s production, technical and quality control departments ensure that the ingredients supplied meet the stringent parameters of food safety, legality and quality, and our long-term relationships with both fresh fruit and vegetable producers and food producers provide a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips.
Our production plant has a storage capacity of over 6 000 tons and we have two tunnel freezers with a freezing capacity of 7 tons per hour.
At the plant level, we have created and implemented a documented quality system in accordance with the global BRC standard and the IFS food standard.
Our plant also holds kosher and organic production certificates.
